OrbitShift functions as a multi-agent GTM intelligence hub designed to surface signals, simplify decisions, and convert action into momentum across selling, targeting, and response workflows.

OrbitShift operates through multi-agent intelligence with four primary modules:

accountOS — your opportunity engine that surfaces live deals, buying groups, and stakeholder maps while monitoring signal changes.

knowledgeOS — transforms internal content into on-demand insight through natural language queries, delivering instant answers and auto-generated content.

rfpOS — streamlines proposal cycles by automating RFP response creation and tailored submissions for bid teams and account executives.

marketingOS — identifies high-intent accounts showing relevant signals and enables precision-targeted campaign activation.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following before starting:

  • Secure workspace access via email or SSO
  • Role-based permissions approval
  • Optional: CRM and content library connections

None of your data is used to train public AI models.

First-Time Setup

Step 1: Sign into OrbitShift

Navigate to app.orbitshift.ai using your work email or SSO credentials.

Step 2: Select your primary agent

First-time users choose their primary module. Your dashboard will be customized based on this selection:

  • Sales → accountOS
  • RFP Response → rfpOS
  • Knowledge & Content → knowledgeOS
  • Campaigns → marketingOS

Step 3: Connect your tools

Integration options include:

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
  • Email and calendars
  • Knowledge repositories (SharePoint, Drive)
  • Collaboration tools (Slack or Teams)

What to Do First

For Sales teams (accountOS users)

  • Open the Opportunity Radar
  • Review signals including hiring, org changes, funding, technographics
  • Click accounts to view stakeholders and recommended plays

For Bid/Proposal teams (rfpOS users)

  • Upload past RFP or proposal documents
  • Generate response drafts using the agent
  • Edit and export for submission

For Marketing teams (marketingOS users)

  • Search for live signals based on campaign themes
  • Generate persona-level outreach lists
  • Auto-draft context-rich emails

For Sales Enablement/Pre-Sales (knowledgeOS users)

Ask positioning questions or request competitor battle cards using natural language. Responses can be saved in Collections for team-wide reuse.

  • Pin key accounts on accountOS for sidebar quick-launch
  • Configure email or Slack signal change notifications
  • Bookmark winning responses and proposals
